Stitching and Care Tips

Wash your summer fabric once in cold water before stitching, so any small shrinking happens before the suit is cut. Ask your tailor to keep the kameez a little loose, because cotton feels coolest when air can move. After stitching, wash in cold water with a mild detergent, turn the suit inside out and dry it in the shade. Iron on medium heat while the fabric is slightly damp. With this simple care, your khaddar stays soft and keeps its color for many summers.
