About This Fabric

This Begonia Rose suit is from Winter Royal Handmade. It is woven by hand on a traditional handloom in Kamalia, in a thicker weave made for winter. The weaver controls every thread by hand, which gives the fabric more depth and texture than machine cloth. Small changes in thread or weave are normal and show it was made by hand.

Best For

This suit is best for winter weddings, Eid, formal dinners and gifts for fathers, brothers and in laws. Handmade fabric needs gentle care: do not wring it hard, just press out the water and dry it in the shade.

How to Care for It

Wash the fabric once in cold water before stitching so it settles. After that, wash in cold or lukewarm water with a mild detergent, turn it inside out, and dry it in the shade. Do not use bleach or very hot water. Iron on medium heat while the fabric is slightly damp. Khaddar gets softer with every wash.
